Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements and manage Agile processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and document business, functional, and technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and specifications
- Manage requirements change control and coordinate with Systems Engineers on technical solutions
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in using JIRA for requirements management
- Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
