Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and support project delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the documentation and management of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Facilitate user interviews and sessions to develop business process models and specifications
- Support Agile teams by managing the product backlog and removing impediments to ensure successful Sprint completion
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
