Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and manage requirements in an Agile environment, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate user interviews and develop business process models and formal specifications
• Perform Agile requirement management activities and manage requirements using JIRA
• Lead and mentor junior analysts while supporting the development team in understanding requirements

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
• Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
• Strong background in conducting independent research to resolve complex questions
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
