Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements in an Agile environment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool and perform Agile requirement management activities
- Conduct user interviews, develop business process models, and facilitate sessions to gather and document requirements
- Support development teams by providing clear information on requirements and removing impediments to achieve successful completion of Sprints
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
