Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and support project execution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and management of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and specifications
- Support Agile methodologies by managing project backlogs and delivering requirements for Sprint teams
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
