Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and support project execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the capture and management of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and specifications
• Support Agile methodologies by managing project backlogs and delivering requirements for Sprint teams

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
• Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
