Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements in an ALM tool while supporting Agile methodologies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and document business, functional, and technical requirements using an ALM tool (JIRA)
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and specifications
- Lead and mentor junior analysts while coordinating requirements for various projects
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong analytical skills and advanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
