Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
Experienced in Agile methodologies, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams while working remotely in support of Veterans Affairs projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and specifications
- Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects, ensuring alignment with Agile practices
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in using JIRA for requirements management and Agile project tracking
- Strong analytical skills with experience in large Agile software development projects
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
