Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Process Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams, collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, and manage Agile requirement activities within an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development
  • Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate backlog refinement sessions
  • Develop and maintain project/product backlogs while managing requirements change control
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
  • 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
  • Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
  • Strong background in conducting user interviews and developing business process models
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
