Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and support project execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate user interviews to develop business process models
• Manage and coordinate requirements across various projects, ensuring alignment with technical solutions and project goals

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
• Expertise with JIRA tools for requirements management and Agile processes
• Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably within a Federal Health Agency
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
