Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and support project execution in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate user interviews to develop business process models
- Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects while ensuring traceability and integration of requirements
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience, with additional experience substituting for education
- Strong background in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
