Job Summary
To support the Utilization Management area, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will analyze business processes, coordinate with IT teams, and facilitate the implementation of solutions while working remotely from the greater Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and coordinate business processes with technical teams to develop and modify information processing systems
- Interface with all affected areas to define requirements and business cases for technology developments
- Conduct process analysis activities, including mapping workflows and updating service agreements and cost-benefit documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of operational analysis experience, 2 years as a Business Process Analyst, or 3 years of health plan experience in project management
- Certification in Business Analysis - PMI preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to collaborate with associates at various levels and analyze technical data
