Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

As a critical contributor to customer success, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will discover, analyze, and redesign end-to-end business workflows remotely using Lean Six Sigma and BPMN methodologies, while translating process insights into technical requirements for automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workflow discovery and documentation across business and technical teams
• Conduct Lean Six Sigma Value Stream Analysis to identify bottlenecks and redundancies
• Translate business processes into technical workflow models and support implementation in orchestration tools

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst
• Strong experience with Lean Six Sigma and Value Stream Mapping
• Hands-on experience with BPMN modeling and workflow design tools
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and system workflows
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams such as engineers and data analysts
