Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and support project execution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users and IT to document and manage requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
- Lead and mentor junior analysts while establishing strong relationships with product and business owners
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience, with additional experience substituting for education
- Strong background in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and advanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
