Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development, collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing Agile methodologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate user interviews to develop business process models
• Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and team members

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
• Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
• Strong background in communicating complex technical topics to diverse audiences
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
