Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst for a full-time remote position, who will lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams, manage requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, and perform Agile requirement management activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Perform analysis of user needs to determine functional and technical requirements
• Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects while supporting Agile methodologies

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
• Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
