Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams, collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing Agile methodologies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects, ensuring alignment with Agile practices

Required qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
