Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Process Analyst will lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and facilitate Agile requirement management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models while managing requirements and backlog items
• Support Agile teams by removing impediments and ensuring clear communication of requirements

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
• Expertise in using JIRA for requirements management and Agile project tracking
• Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
