Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams, collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing Agile methodologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
Coordinate with Systems Engineers and manage requirements change control for various projects

Required qualifications:

Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
