Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document and manage requirements using Agile methodologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and IT to document and manage requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
• Facilitate sessions to gather and analyze user needs, ensuring clear communication of requirements to the development team

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
• Expertise with JIRA tools for requirements management and Agile project tracking
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
