Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Process Analyst will lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams, collaborating with stakeholders to document and analyze user needs within an Agile framework.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
• Facilitate communication between business users, IT, and leadership to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies, with the possibility of substituting additional experience for education
• Expertise in using JIRA for requirements management and Agile project tracking
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
