Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a talented Senior Business Process Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development teams, perform Agile requirement management activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate user interviews to develop business process models
• Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
• Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
• U.S. Citizenship required for this position, along with eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
