Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Business Process Analyst to work remotely, who will lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams, collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, and manage Agile requirement activities within an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development
• Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
• Facilitate communication between business users, IT, and leadership to ensure alignment on project goals

Required qualifications:

• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• Expertise in using JIRA for requirements management and Agile project tracking
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance are required
