Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage an Agile product backlog, and facilitate user interviews in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and document business, functional, and technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Perform Agile requirement management activities and backlog refinement sessions for product teams
• Lead and mentor junior analysts while establishing strong relationships with product and business owners

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies, with an additional 10 years substitutable for education
• Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
• Strong background in conducting user interviews and facilitating requirement documentation
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
