Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to manage requirements in an Agile environment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate user interviews and document business, functional, and technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and change control processes
• Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring traceability among requirements, test cases, and potential risks

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
• Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong background in large Agile software development projects
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
