Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams, collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing Agile methodologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
Coordinate with Systems Engineers and manage requirements change control for various projects

Required qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
Strong expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
Ability to obtain a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity
