Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams, manage requirements in an ALM tool, and perform Agile requirement management activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze user needs and create functional specifications
• Manage and coordinate requirements across various projects while facilitating Agile methodologies

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
• Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
