Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Business Process Analyst, this remote position will lead the capture of business requirements, collaborate with IT and leadership to document requirements, and manage Agile requirement activities for software development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate user interviews to gather functional and technical requirements
• Manage project documentation, track requirements, and coordinate with Systems Engineers to assess impacts on technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
• Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
