Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to manage requirements in an Agile environment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and document business, functional, technical, and non-technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Facilitate user interviews and sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
• Manage and coordinate project requirements, including backlog refinement and change control processes

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
• Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
