Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and manage requirements in an Agile environment, focusing on delivering specifications and facilitating project success remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models to support Agile requirement management activities
• Manage project documentation and facilitate backlog refinement sessions while coordinating with Systems Engineers on technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
• Expertise in using JIRA for requirements management and Agile project execution
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate information from various sources
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
