Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and serve as a subject matter expert in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool and perform Agile requirement management activities
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models while coordinating with Systems Engineers to assess technical impacts
• Lead and mentor junior analysts, ensuring effective communication of requirements and facilitating backlog refinement sessions

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
• Expertise with JIRA tools and advanced experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
