Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Supply, Chain and Logistics division, the remote Senior Business Process Analyst will analyze supply chain data, collaborate with functional users to resolve issues, and drive process improvements while ensuring alignment across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze transactions and supply chain data to identify problems and assess system changes
• Collaborate with functional users to resolve operational issues and conduct in-depth research
• Measure the effectiveness of existing processes and implement sustainable improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of related experience or equivalent combination
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating supply chain transactions and data
• Broad understanding of supply chain systems and operational procedures
• Experience with process improvement methodologies and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with business process mapping and change management initiatives
