Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting project delivery in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Business Process Analyst will lead process analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and align business outcomes with federal customer objectives through comprehensive data-driven evaluations and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current and future-state processes through workshops and data evaluations to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with customers and technical teams to define and enhance business information processing systems
• Document functional and technical requirements while supporting SDLC activities, including planning and testing

Required qualifications

• US Citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent technical education and experience
• 10+ years of experience in Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst roles supporting complex IT initiatives
• Proven experience leading requirements elicitation and documentation efforts, including business process analysis
• Experience using modeling tools such as Visio and Agile delivery tools like Jira preferred
