Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing analytics team, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics and reporting solutions, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onshore oversight of automation and technical delivery, serving as the primary SME between business, audit, and technical teams
• Own the design, development, and delivery of dashboards and analytical outputs to support audit execution and performance tracking
• Drive model monitoring and validation efforts, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or business process optimization in a data-driven environment
• 4+ years of experience working with large, complex datasets, preferably in healthcare or claims data
• 2+ years of experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboard development and data visualization
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including writing and optimizing complex queries on large datasets
• Intermediate proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and workflow development
