Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
To support project and product delivery teams, the remote Senior Business Process Analyst will engage with internal clients to gather functional requirements, document user stories, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration over a 6-month contract duration.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with internal clients to understand functional requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Organize and facilitate meetings with various teams to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements
- Develop and document requirements, support testing activities, and assist with training documentation for business processes
Required qualifications
- Experience as a business analyst with a technical background
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Ability to quickly learn and become a subject matter expert across multiple products
- Proven coordination skills for effective collaboration among cross-functional teams
- Experience in functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
