Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into system/technical requirements within Features and User Stories
• Perform testing on complex system configuration implementations and changes
• Encounter data research, review, and response level II for in-house and client-submitted errors

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience working with large data sets
• 3+ years of claim processing / benefit-pricing configuration or Healthcare Software System Configuration experience
• Intermediate to Advanced level experience with SQL queries
• Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office applications
