Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and document business processes, including process flows, data flows, and process instructions
- Identify business requirements and areas for process improvements
- Lead process improvement projects and monitor their effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Requirements gathering and documentation and Business Process Analysis
- Technical knowledge of major business system platforms (ERP, CRM, BI, HRIS, Finance, etc.)
- Project management skills desired
- Deep knowledge of MS Office 365 and Teams
