Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and document business processes, including process flows, data flows, and process instructions
• Identify business requirements and areas for process improvements
• Lead process improvement projects and monitor their effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Requirements gathering and documentation and Business Process Analysis
• Technical knowledge of major business system platforms (ERP, CRM, BI, HRIS, Finance, etc.)
• Project management skills desired
• Deep knowledge of MS Office 365 and Teams
