Senior Business Process Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Business Process Architect with expertise in telecom and ServiceNow, this remote position will manage client engagements to modernize and optimize business operations across service, customer, and network workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to assess telecom operating models and identify transformation opportunities
• Analyze and redesign end-to-end business processes, defining current and future-state process flows and business requirements
• Facilitate client engagement sessions to align stakeholders on transformation priorities and ensure practical process designs

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in telecom business process consulting or operational design
• Deep understanding of telecom workflows, particularly in TSOM, TNI, TSM, ITSM, and FSM
• Experience with ServiceNow in a consulting capacity, connecting platform capabilities to business outcomes
• Proven ability to lead process discovery workshops and future-state design discussions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
