Job Summary

Leading large-scale digital transformation efforts, the full-time Senior Business Process Architect will optimize enterprise-scale asset management implementations, focusing on IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business process discovery, analysis, and design engagements across multiple client portfolios
• Define strategic customer outcomes aligned with platform capabilities and industry best practices
• Serve as a senior advisor to executive stakeholders on business transformation and change management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, and SAM
• Mastery of business process architecture principles and service design for ServiceNow
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills across distributed, global teams
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience aligning business and IT goals in complex enterprise environments
