- Research and analyze performance data to support business process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Business Process Improvement and project management
- Proficiency in Underwriting systems, tools, and processes
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; VBA coding is a plus
- Understanding of Agile IT development methodology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
