• Provide subject matter expertise and direction on complex projects and initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
• Research and analyze performance data to support business process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Business Process Improvement and project management
• Proficiency in Underwriting systems, tools, and processes
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; VBA coding is a plus
• Understanding of Agile IT development methodology
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
