Job Summary

Providing support to federal government customers, the full-time Senior Business Process Consultant will analyze and improve organizational processes using SharePoint and PowerApps, capturing stakeholder requirements and implementing process improvement strategies in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Research and analyze complex issues to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
  • Document full business processes and assist technology teams in building requirements specifications for automation
  • Develop and maintain process flow maps and SOPs to ensure standardization across projects
Required qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in business process analysis or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Experience working with agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools
  • Ability to pass required Federal background screening and maintain government clearance
