Job Summary
Providing support to federal government customers, the full-time Senior Business Process Consultant will analyze and improve organizational processes using SharePoint and PowerApps, capturing stakeholder requirements and implementing process improvement strategies in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex issues to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- Document full business processes and assist technology teams in building requirements specifications for automation
- Develop and maintain process flow maps and SOPs to ensure standardization across projects
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in business process analysis or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Experience working with agile methodologies
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools
- Ability to pass required Federal background screening and maintain government clearance
