Senior Business Process Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant in Telecom, this full-time remote role will manage client engagements to modernize and optimize business operations using ServiceNow, focusing on telecom workflows and process transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to analyze and redesign end-to-end business processes across telecom service operations
- Advise clients on aligning business processes with ServiceNow capabilities and guide transformation initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment on priorities and translate business needs into functional requirements and transformation roadmaps
Required qualifications
- Strong experience in telecom business process consulting and operational design
- Deep understanding of telecom workflows including TSOM, TNI, TSM, ITSM, and FSM
- Experience with ServiceNow in a consulting capacity, linking platform capabilities to business outcomes
- Proven ability to lead process discovery workshops and future-state design discussions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Engineering, or equivalent experience
