Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Business Process Consultant specializing in Telecom and ServiceNow, this remote role will manage client engagements to modernize and optimize business operations across customer, service, and network workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to analyze and redesign end-to-end business processes in telecom operations
- Advise clients on aligning business processes with ServiceNow capabilities, focusing on TSOM, TNI, TSM, ITSM, and FSM
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment on business outcomes and transformation scope while translating needs into functional requirements and roadmaps
Required qualifications
- Strong experience in telecom business process consulting and transformation
- Deep understanding of telecom workflows and operating models, particularly TSOM, TNI, TSM, ITSM, and FSM
- Experience working with ServiceNow in a consulting capacity
- Proven ability to lead process discovery workshops and design discussions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Engineering, or equivalent experience
