Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate optimized processes into functional and non-functional specifications for technology solutions
• Conduct end-to-end reviews of business processes and engage stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
• Document workflows, analyze them using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and design optimized transition plans

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in process engineering, operations optimization, or business process improvement
• 5 years of experience in evaluating and optimizing current state processes
• 1 year of experience in specifying software system requirements for improved solutions
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
