Job Summary
Leading a large-scale business process mapping initiative, the remote contract Senior Business Process Engineer will facilitate workshops, document workflows, and train the Operations Project Team on best practices and methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate process discovery workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Document current-state and future-state business processes, including developing process maps and workflows
- Coach and train the Operations Project Team on process mapping and documentation standards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of business process mapping or engineering experience
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sectors
- Proven ability to document operational processes across multiple teams and systems
- Experience training or mentoring teams on business process methodologies
- Strong skills in BPMN, swim lane diagrams, and workflow mapping
