Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Improvement Manager to lead complex, cross-functional process improvement initiatives across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives from problem definition through implementation and sustainment
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions for process mapping, root cause analysis, and future-state design
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; MBA or MHA preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement, preferably in healthcare
  • Knowledge of process mapping, statistical applications, and project management software
  • LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred
  • Experience in driving improvements in healthcare payor operations
