Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Process Improvement Manager will utilize LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to enhance business performance and infrastructure in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and execute process improvement opportunities using continuous improvement principles
  • Prioritize and lead process improvement activities across various departments and functional areas
  • Consult with senior leadership on performance and process-related topics, providing analysis and guidance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or MHA preferred
  • 6+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma, or related process improvement experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Previous knowledge of process mapping, statistical applications, and project management software
  • Experience supporting Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP)/Dual Eligible populations and Medicaid
  • LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred
