Senior Business Process Improvement Manager

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Process Improvement Manager will utilize LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to enhance business infrastructure and performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and execute process improvement opportunities across the enterprise
• Prioritize and lead cross-functional process improvement projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
• Consult with senior leadership, providing analysis and guidance on performance and process-related topics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; MBA or MHA preferred
• 6+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma, or related process improvement experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with process mapping, statistical applications, and project management software
• Preferred experience supporting Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP) and Medicaid operational processes
• LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred
