Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Process Improvement Manager will utilize LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to enhance business infrastructure and performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and execute process improvement opportunities across the enterprise
  • Prioritize and lead cross-functional process improvement projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
  • Consult with senior leadership on performance and process-related topics, providing training and guidance to project teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; MBA or MHA preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or related process improvement, preferably in healthcare
  • Previous knowledge of process mapping, statistical applications, and project management software
  • Experience supporting Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP), Medicaid, and ACA Marketplace/Exchange products is highly preferred
  • LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred
