Job Summary

To support the Availity enterprise strategy, the full-time Senior Business Process Improvement Manager will coordinate initiatives, align stakeholders, and translate strategic priorities into execution while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance integration and optimization of Availity capabilities across the enterprise
  • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities using continuous improvement principles and LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Consult with senior leadership to provide analysis and advice on performance and process-related topics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; MBA or MHA preferred
  • 6+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma, or related process improvement experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Previous working knowledge of process mapping and design, statistical applications, and project management software
  • LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred
  • Experience leading enterprise process improvement initiatives involving healthcare transactions or provider engagement solutions is highly preferred
