Senior Business Process Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Manager to drive business process transformation and enable AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a roadmap for process re-engineering with automation and AI
• Create blueprints and design standards for AI-enabled processes while maintaining governance
• Leverage agile project management practices to teach stakeholders and guide teams on automation decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in business process engineering, operations, or analysis in global tech environments
• Proven track record of facilitating transformation workshops and delivering measurable process improvements
• Experience with automation and agentic workflows
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) and Agile/Project/Change Management (PMP, CSM, Prosci) are a plus
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapid change
